If there is any problem with your items, please contact customer service FIRST! Do not return any merchandise to the manufacturer, or to us without first contacting our customer service department.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

The sublimation prints are made-to-order and are made with high-quality, 100% spun polyester that delivers the look and feel of organic cotton without ever cracking, peeling or flaking. 

We print our shirts using dye-sublimation, a technology that allows for us to produce these insanely vibrant all-over designs. Due to this process, the product may contain smudges or irregularities along the seams or under the armpit of the sleeves. We cannot accept returns for this reason. Each item is a unique, 1 of-a-kind product, printed exclusively for the customer who ordered it.

Due to the nature of made-to-order sublimation printing, production might be delayed. Estimated times to ship are 10-15 business days, however, delays may occur. 

Holiday Fury is unable to issue refunds or cancellations after ordering due to production or shipping delays.

It is very important that you read the description of each item before you place your order. There is a sizing chart available on site so you can choose your correct size. It is also of equal importance that you provide us with your correct information before you finalize your order.

At this time, we do not accept returns for any reason because as mentioned earlier, we do not hold inventory or stock for all items made-to-order.. If you wish to make a correction on your order, please contact customer service within 24 hours from the time you submitted your order form. We normally send your order information immediately to production facility but if you contact us within the indicated timeframe, we will still be able to make your requested amendments.

On the other hand, if we sent you the wrong order, kindly let us know as soon as possible so that we can send you the correct item. In the instance of our error, you do not have to return the item. You can keep it!


Refunds (if applicable) 

The Holiday Fury gives refunds as store credits only.

You can use your store credits to purchase any other item/s from our store. You will be given store credits in exchange for any item that is damaged or has missing parts upon delivery.

You will also be given store credits, equivalent to half the amount you paid, if we made a mistake and you declined our offer to send you the correct item.

However, we cannot process refunds as store credits for the following:

* Gear

* Accessories

* Gift cards

Cancellations
Sublimation printed items cannot be cancelled or modified once ordered.  These items are immediately sent to production, so it is impossible for us to modify or cancel.

Due to the  nature of made-to-order sublimation printing, production might be delayed. Estimated times to ship are listed on each product page; however, delays may occur.  For holidays the goal to deliver products is by December 25th.

Holiday Fury is unable to issue refunds or cancellations after ordering due to production or shipping delays.

Changes
Once orders are placed, they are immediately sent to production; thus, orders cannot be modified to include but not limited to:  address changes, size changes, color changes etc.

If you contact us within first 24 hours of placing the order, we might be able to intercept the order before its printed, and modify it for you. So act fast!

Shipping 
When we receive a returned shipment for incomplete or incorrect address, products get donated to charity after 15 days. You are liable for any returned shipments due to an incorrect/incomplete address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Holiday Fury staff will do it's best to help resolve any issues, and achieve total customer satisfaction.

Shipping & Delivery – At this time, Holiday Fury  ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Holiday Fury ships merchandise to Australia, Austria, Canada, France, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Serbia, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, but not to other international locations.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.  

Holiday Fury does ship to APO/FPO - we love our military!

Holiday Fury can not guarantee delivery by Christmas.
